1. Steel-jacketed steel composite insulating steel pipe
钢套钢复合保温钢管保温结构依据滑动方式不同可分为两大类：
According to the different sliding modes, the thermal insulation structure of steel-jacketed composite thermal insulation steel pipe can be divided into two categories:
1、内滑动式引：保温结构由工作钢管、硅酸铝、减阻层、微孔硅酸钙、隔热层、不锈钢紧固钢带、铝箔反射层、聚氨酯保温层、外套钢管、外防腐层组成。内滑动型保温钢管是由输送介质的钢管+复合硅酸盐或微孔硅酸钙+硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料+外套钢管+玻璃钢壳防腐保护层结构构成。各种管件节点保温处理技术成熟，质量可靠。
1. Inside sliding guide: Insulation structure is composed of working steel pipe, aluminium silicate, drag reduction layer, micro-porous calcium silicate, insulation layer, stainless steel fastening strip, aluminium foil reflective layer, polyurethane insulation layer, coated steel pipe and external anti-corrosion layer. The inner sliding heat preservation steel pipe is composed of steel pipe conveying medium + composite silicate or micro-porous calcium silicate + rigid polyurethane foam plastic + coated steel pipe + FRP shell anticorrosive protective layer structure. All kinds of pipe joint insulation treatment technology is mature and reliable.
2、外滑动式引：保温结构由工作钢管、玻璃棉保温隔热层、铝箔反射层、不锈钢紧固钢带、滑动导向支架、空气保温层、外护钢管、外防腐层组成。
2. External sliding guide: thermal insulation structure consists of working steel pipe, glass wool thermal insulation layer, aluminum foil reflective layer, stainless steel fastening strip, sliding guide bracket, air thermal insulation layer, exterior steel pipe and exterior anti-corrosion layer.
